All code, designs, and materials created during a project will remain my property until full payment is received.
After payment, you will receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your intended purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I may display parts of completed projects in my portfolio for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting any project.
Work may be paused or delayed if payment deadlines are missed.
All payments are non-refundable once the agreed scope of work is delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure that any materials text, images, data you provide do not infringe the rights of others.

5. Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions are included as agreed before the start of the project.
Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Warranties & Limitations

I strive to deliver high-quality, functional code, but I do not guarantee that it will be error-free in all circumstances.
I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or modifications made by others after delivery.

7. Liability

Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
