Challenges

The school was managing everything through spreadsheets and paper forms. Attendance took 20 minutes per class, fee reminders were manual phone calls, and exam results took a week to distribute. The system needed to handle 1,200 students and 80 staff without technical expertise on their end.

Solution

Built a role-based system where teachers mark attendance digitally, parents receive automatic SMS updates, and finance staff generate fee reports instantly. The student portal lets parents check results, attendance, and pay fees online.
