Project Overview

A complete e-commerce platform built with PHP and Laravel for a retail business looking to expand online. The platform handles everything from product catalogues to checkout, payments, and order fulfilment.

Challenges

The client had 5,000+ SKUs across multiple categories and needed real-time inventory sync with their warehouse system. Payment gateway reliability and cart abandonment recovery were also critical requirements.

Solution

Built a custom e-commerce system with a REST API connecting to the warehouse inventory system. Integrated Razorpay and PayPal for payments. Implemented abandoned cart recovery via automated email sequences.
